


My Story
I grew up in the restaurant industry as a fry girl. I learned early on to anticipate the needs of others. Be five steps ahead. ​I had a knack for recognizing bottlenecks in the process, mostly because I didn't like to see management getting frustrated when I KNEW it was preventable.​

I started my career as an Orthodontic assistant after being recruited out of the restaurant industry. While helping dentists and their teams, I realized I had a keen eye for for identifying root causes and removing barriers. While each business and project was unique, the support they needed was often the same.​
​
After developing a business management framework that helped brands scale repeatedly, I made it my mission to duplicate this framework so I could continue to serve more dentists.

I’ve operated in diverse teams in all areas of dentistry and have a proven track record of success. With my experience and approach to operations, I provide assistance for every system, process, or project you need to keep your business profitable.
